Hello

Looking for a way to see Charleston from a local perspective?

Interested in making the historic city of Charleston a part of your family history as well?

Why not have a local with generations of family ties and history in the city guide you through the streets and introduce you to the home that has been waiting, perhaps for centuries, just for you.

DSC_0072Maybe you’ve made a home here for years and are interested in trying out another taste of the fine homes Charleston has to offer. You want to move to something different, but you also need someone to find the perfect new caretaker/owner of the home that you have grown to love. Who better than an agent who can appreciate the classic and quirky qualities of each individual property in the area and help match it with someone else who will enjoy it as much as you have?

As a child, I grew up walking and biking all over Charleston and sailing around the harbor. I’ve explored untold nooks and alleys of the city, and grew to love not only the main thoroughfares with their shops, restaurants, and grand vistas, but the quiet gardens, stately homes, and unique charm that make this such a special place to call home. After attending Charleston Day School and Ashley Hall, and upon graduating from The University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee, I returned to Charleston and joined William Means Real Estate, an exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate in 2004 as a licensed Realtor. In 2006 I earned my GRI designation –a prestigious, nationally recognized advanced training program in real estate, and in 2007 I earned my Broker’s license.

I have a strong interest in local architecture, preservation, and community involvement. I’m active in both St. Philip’s and St. Michael’s Churches, the Junior League of Charleston, and the Preservation Society of Charleston.  As a furiously hard worker, who loves this city, I would be honored to serve as your personal Realtor – your guide to Charleston properties or your properties’ advocate throughout the selling process.
